I have been to nail salons all across the country, from Mississippi, TN, CA, TX & IL to name a few. I can honestly say that the people at Star Nails have provided me with top notch service! The managers are very personable & talk to their customers as if they’re best of friends & they truly listen to the kind of service you want and they deliver! Thank you Sean for taking the time I needed tonight when I came in unexpectedly & you were busy yet you delivered. I’m a client for good!!! Thank you again for the best service ever … anywhere! Awful.i have gone 3 times now. I really should have not gone back. The first time I made an appointment. Waited a whole hour. People who had no appointment were seated first. When finally seated they sate in one chair then moved to another. And then gave me attitude for telling her that I wanted a removal. AND then proceeded to yank the nails off breaking all my nails. The nails were crooked and somehow I was blamed for it even though kt was the shape.ti went back for a fill and the techs told me that the previous person did a bad job and that my nails shouldn't be lifting as much as they were. I went back got a new set and these were atrocious. Black ink all over my cuticles the shap was not consistent and the length was not remotely what I asked. Do not recommend.

I’ve been getting non chip gel nails for many years at this place , but since about couple of months ago I’ve started experiencing itching and swelling of my cuticles and swelling near my fingernails. I’m not sure if they switched to a different product, but it’s getting worse . Every technician that did my nails recently is been using a file and filing not only my nails but also father into my fingers, which is not pleasant and often hurts . Last time I went in couple of my cuticles started bleeding I have to try a new nail salon Pictures of my swollen fingers and cuticles

i used to go here all the time and it was great, but the last two times were terrible. a few weeks ago i walked in and the guy (tommy) did not do what i wanted when i asked because he said it wasn’t fancy enough (i wanted blue gel nails) so he proceeded to do three nails matte and the other two nails sparkly. then the next day after my shower i got out and realized three nails were chipped. i went back and asked for him to fix them and do just blue like i asked. i decided to give them another chance today… bad idea. the same guy started me off and then rushed me to this lady (i think holly) where she was yelling at me because i told her i didnt want to pay $75 for nails with a design so i had to pick out another thing to get. she was rushing me and yelling and did not do a good job. i asked for square and she gave me flare like duck nails. i’m embarrassed and so mad i wasted $45 on these nails. do not recommended this place. although la petite across black road by party city is great!!

Terrible terrible! I called and asked for my nails to please to be redone. The dip powder was not painted all the way to the edge. And I would like someone different. Went in they gave me the same person and she did even worse. And when I said it was not all the way to the edge she said it was the COLOR. It was not the color. She doesn't know how to do dip at all. Now a day later they look even worse then the first time

I’ve been coming here for years and everyone is very nice. The last few months my dips have not been lasting 2 weeks. My nails keep cracking, sometimes after only 2 days. I cannot keep going back to constantly get nails fixed. I’m not sure what is going on as I’ve never had this problem prior. Maybe their liquids are contaminated.
